Agreement

By downloading or using BioStreaks ("BioStreaks"), published by SideEye Labs Pte. Ltd. ("SideEye Labs", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's App Store Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What BioStreaks Is — And Isn't

BioStreaks is a daily protocol tracker for self-experimenters: log a stack of protocols (cold exposure, fasting, sunlight, sleep, supplements, training, or your own custom protocols), rate your daily energy, and review streak maps and correlation insights calculated from your own history. It is not a medical device, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and does not guarantee any health outcome.

License

SideEye Labs grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use BioStreaks on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

This license does not permit you to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the app
• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

Subscriptions

BioStreaks Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, sold and billed entirely through Apple's App Store, and may include an introductory free-trial period disclosed on the purchase screen when eligible. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. To manage or cancel a subscription, visit Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the protocol logs, energy scores, and notes you enter into BioStreaks. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you log and for any decisions you make based on the app's streaks or insights.

Disclaimers

BioStreaks is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SideEye Labs does not warrant that BioStreaks will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SideEye Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, BioStreaks, including any decision made in reliance on a streak, insight, or correlation shown in the app.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
