Overview

BioStreaks is a protocol tracker for logging daily routines and scoring your own energy. BioStreaks does not require an account, does not use advertising, and does not sell your data to third parties.

Data You Provide

BioStreaks stores your protocol stack, daily completion logs, energy scores, streak history, and any notes you add. This data is used only to show your streaks, activity grid, and personal insights inside the app.

Apple Health (Optional)

If you choose to connect Apple Health, BioStreaks requests read-only access to sleep analysis, heart rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate. This is used only to show biometric context alongside your protocol logs. BioStreaks never writes data back to Apple Health, and the app works fully without granting this permission — you can decline or revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

Insights

Correlation insights are calculated from your own logged protocols and energy scores. Insights are personal trends, not medical conclusions, and demo examples are clearly labeled as such until you have logged enough real data.

Subscriptions

BioStreaks Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. BioStreaks does not receive or store your payment details. Subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Third-Party Services

BioStreaks does not use third-party advertising or sell personal data. The app may use standard crash and performance diagnostics to keep the app reliable.
