Common issues

Daily reminder does not appear

Check that notifications are allowed for Mood Tapestry in iOS Settings. You can also turn the reminder off and on again inside the app.

Poster export does not share

Try again after restarting the app. If sharing still fails, email support with your device model and iOS version.

Mood entries are missing

The current free MVP stores entries locally on your device. If the app is deleted, device storage is cleared, or a device backup is not restored, local entries may be lost.
