Ensure GlowTrack has storage permissions. Check iOS Settings → GlowTrack.

Reminders not working

Check that notifications are enabled. Go to iOS Settings → GlowTrack → Notifications.

No — all health and cycle data stays entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers.
